This is why this juice is quickly digested and absorbed into the bloodstream and is very useful to the body.

Wheat is widely accepted as the most important grain of all.  Wheat can grow everywhere and its grass can be easily obtained.  In any environment or any season we can grow wheat grass.

WHY ONLY WHEAT GRASS???

 (1) Rice grass is very dry.  So very little juice comes out of it.

 (2) Spinach vegetables are rich in minerals;  But it has a very low rate of (pachkars) juice.  Many people get diarrhea due to the juice of spinach.  Therefore, it is not possible to take too much juice.  Also, because of the high content of oxalate in this juice, people with kidney stones cannot consume this juice.

 (3) Shepu vegetables, fenugreek vegetables and many other vegetables of this type have many qualities;  But their juice tastes bad.  Also these vegetables cannot be obtained for twelve months.

Considering the properties of these different types of grasses, the specific wheatgrass is definitely flawless, delicious and all-round in comparison to all these.
